Jonathan Posted March 7, 2016 Report Share Posted March 7, 2016 Please help me! Refer to the screen shoots, I have convert our logo to the system required 430 * 68 pixel for the login banner. However, the banner doesn't show up at the login window. I tried multiple times, there are several times that I uploaded the logo and logout immediately to check the login window and the logo has been shown, but after approximately half hour I came back to the login window, it had disappeared. looking forward any reply related to this issue. I am running 5.4.0 and 5.2.5 and it is working for both versions. Have you tried a different image? Try the image I attached. It is working with my servers. I tried your image, but it not working ether. The PBX version we are using is 5.4.0. The bigger web header banner after I login is working well, except the login window. Regards. Vodia PBX Posted March 8, 2016 Report Share Posted March 8, 2016 The login banner will only work if the URL in the browser window matches the name of the domain.
