When a call comes in I get the desktop notification but do not hear any ringing in my wireless headset. The headset works fine making and receiving calls. The headset is a Plantronics Savi. Is it possible to make the headset ring on an incoming call? If you are not looking at your computer or you are away from your computer you would not know if a call is coming in.
