ahennis@voicespring.net
Running Vodia v58. There is an app that you can download from Vodia that when run brings up the web site. It looks like this app just takes your user credentials and log you in as a user on the PBX web page. I logged into the PBX using Chrome from my phone and got the same user interface I get when I use the app. My question is Does the app just make it easier to log into the web page from your phone? Support
Hi, Excellent question and thanks for trying it out. Yes, we do have a new Vodia WebRTC app on Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Vodia+Networks&hl=en and it does give you a user level portal access from it just like it does from Chrome or any other browser. It is faster, easier and gives the felling of a softphone on your mobile device. The latest version is 2.1 and as we are upgrading the PBX's GUI, along with the WebRTC's GUI, the next version will offer a lot more lucrative and easy on eyes features than it is doing right now. Stay tuned.
gotap
ourselves and our customers have been using this app for some time now, but yesterday audio stopped working? seems to be a problem with webRTC
Vodia PBX
Like said in the other post, 62.0.2 and 57.3.11 fixes that problem, so far available for CentOS64 and Debian64 - we'll make more builds ASAP.
