Vodia PBX Posted May 16, 2012 Report Share Posted May 16, 2012 Well you need a proof of purchase that shows either the MAC address associated with the license or the activation code. roy Posted May 16, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 16, 2012 Hi, Our distributor emailed us the license for snom one plus but the problem is when i try to input the 12 digit license code, then clicking save and then going to the status page, nothing happens, the pbx is still just unlicensed.. though the pbx can reach the internet because when i use its network utilities under the server console, the pbx can ping external addresses... what maybe is the cause of this? thank you Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Vodia PBX Posted May 16, 2012 Report Share Posted May 16, 2012 nothing happens, the pbx is still just unlicensed.. Once that the code was activated, the license server would not send it again. We need to reset the code on the license server, please send a private message with the activation code and then we can take a look at this.
