pbx support Posted June 19, 2012 Report Share Posted June 19, 2012 The issue may be that the From header is sending a local extension number From: "SnomDesk SnomDesk"<sip:101@casipgw01.XXXXXXXX>;tag=759617374 You should send the ANI (or some account info that the provider assigned to you) in the From header.
