AG1 Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 I just installed a Snom One Plus with 2 Sangoma A200 4FXO cards. I got this running Sunday and I couldnt get the auto calibration function to work. I have some people complaining about low incoming audio levels so I went the the Sangoma Gateway manager PSTN tab to adjust the level control. I changed the setting from -18 to -16 saved the setting, restarted the gateway and now I can hear people calling in but they cannot hear me. I reset the audio level back to -18 saved, restarted the gateway and still no outgoing audio? Any suggestions on how to get this fixed ASAP?
