AG1 Posted May 9, 2013 Report Share Posted May 9, 2013 I am toying around with nesting agent groups and have 6 AGs. The first 2 I can enable and disable but the other 4 wont. it says they are not licensed. So how do you get them licensed? Is this something extra you have to purchase? Vodia support Posted May 9, 2013 Report Share Posted May 9, 2013 Switch to admin mode and navigate to General under the status, it should tell you how many AG are licensed. example Agent Groups: 1/20 You can purchase them Here and add them to your active license.
