I apologize if this is in the wrong queue?

We want all calls from Canada as identified via CID to be flagged as from Canada.

We want all calls from the Quebec area be identiifed as Canada - Quebec ?

can a Canadian Dial Plan be setup such that all incoming calls from Canada are automatically routed to a particular queue or IVR node

and of course, the quebec calls need to be routed to an IVR and voice prompts can be pre-set to french, routed to a french-speaking queue, etc.

and additionally is it possible to have all calls from Canada that come into the system with one of the ~30 Canadian area codes needs to be routed to a nuisance queue.

The nuisance queue is where we want automatically all the hang-ups, silent calls, automated sales/marketing, etc calls to go.

Maybe it's not a dial plan I need ...

Suggestions ?

There is a way to perform from-based routing on trunks (http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Inbound_Calls). The point is that you have the PBX look at the from header instead of the Request-URI or the To-header. This is indicated with the "f" flag in the ERE pattern list. Not very convenient, but possible. For example, if you want to send all numbers starting with 33 to the French ACD (81), all numbers starting with 34 to the Spanish ACD (82) and all others to the English ACD (83), you could use the ERE "!^33!81!f! !^34!82!f! 83".
