sudo Posted December 18, 2013 Report Share Posted December 18, 2013 Ive got a customer complaining that there are some phones in a ring group that are not ringing. However, the BLF lights when the call comes in. They said that this is intermittent and not readily reproduceable. Anyone seen this before? Any suggestions? Vodia PBX Posted December 21, 2013 Report Share Posted December 21, 2013 If you are using snom phones with 8.7.3.25 (which is the default for 5.1.3), you might experience SCPP-5306: no ring tone being played on incoming calls intermittently (only visual indication).
