zelosat Posted July 17, 2015 Report Share Posted July 17, 2015 Hello guy, in teh ACD i have under "Miscellaneous" the Option: "After the Maximum calls is reached" to select: reject with Audio message! Vodia PBX Posted July 17, 2015 Report Share Posted July 17, 2015 There are two things that you can do when the maximum number of calls has been reached: Reject the call or play an audio message. The message itself is "hard wired", but it reads the file pb_busy_callback.wav from the audio directory; so if you want to do your own you can just overwrite that file with your own message.
