If that is the question, you are right the admin has to do that. But it might be an interesting thought to have a flag for private entries to make them visible in the whole domain. Vodia PBX Posted November 3, 2015 Report Share Posted November 3, 2015 Ok, I can therefore create a second admin but how I assigns rights If we add a permission to edit the domain address book to the admin permission page, it will become quite complicated as that admin e.g. will also be able to edit the domain settings; things that you would probably not allow someone who is just maintaining the address book. I think it would be easier to have the user add the contacts and set a flag "visible in domain", so that everyone in the domain can see the contact (but not edit it).
