  1. Chances are its NAT related and its taking longer then normal to set up the RTP as one side is using the loopback interface the other is been sent to the NIC In the snom ONE Web interface, click on Admin -> Server Console -> Sangoma -> NetBorder Express Gateway -> Configuration -> Advanced -> look for the "netborder.net.primaryIPAddress" parameter. - change it to 127.0.0.1 After this change click on "Apply" and then on "Status and Controls" -> "Restart Gateway"
  2. Your symbolic link is not correct, this should be something like "ln -sf pbxctrl-sheeva-4.5.0.1075 pbxctrl" the command is basically "ln -sf {file name to link to} {symbolic name}" it then creates a file using the {symbolic name} that points to a file similar to a windows shortcut.
  3. Hi Miguel You don't explain how you have been exporting the inbound calls, however from the log i am going to assume they are sent to the application via xml as i can see a HTTP client connect after the call to HTTP client: Connect to 127.0.0.1:8162. Without knowing with accuracy which exporting method you are using i wont be able to point you in the right direction for troubleshooting.
  4. Hi, From the log you posted we send a TLS hello and we get nothing from the gateway so you get the error 100 The gateway basicly dissalows the connection so it may not be accepting registrations as Mr X pointed out.
  5. You will need to manually upgrade from that version. Instructions are available on the wiki http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Manual_Upgrade_for_snom_ONE_SoHo
  6. Wrong version page, you need to check under status on the snom ONE page that you get when you first log in (not port 81)
  7. have you tried connecting as root@{ip}:8722 you usually get connection refused if you get the wrong port.
  8. Hi From the logs it looks like some wav files are missing and when you restarted it removed the corresponding xml files, i assume this is on a mac from the working directory do you have Hazel or similar moving wav files automatically to the music folder?
  9. I suggest chinking the webpage control section it looks as though you may have a custom Dict.txt which wants removing, that should correct the PnP page for you.

Hi Andrew I suggest adding an allow on localhost too so you can access the web interface from the machine itself. 127.0.0.1/32
  11. Hi Here is the certificate needed for use with Gmail. 12. Hi Irksome Can you log a support ticket into support.snom.com and PM me the ticket ID. I will provide instructions on upgrading the snom ONE software while the web based updates are not available.
  13. Net border express on the snom ONE Plus, will use caller name before caller ANI. This will make the from header sent to the PBX unknown-caller-name when one is not present. This can be changed by removing it from the Routing rules http://wiki.sangoma.com/NBE-inbound-channel-grouping <condition param="pstn.in.callerName" expr="(.*)"/> <param name="sip.out.from.displayName" expr="%2"/>
  14. Hi How have you set up your Network, if you check the IP of the snom ONE plus in DMZ it should be presenting your External IP address this is done usually via the DHCP server and not static IP's. You can login as superadmin:snom1 by webbrowsing to 192.168.x.x:9090 before login in to the PBX. Under the network configuration section you can check your IP tables, however no rules are set by default.
  15. Since the release of snom ONE plus there has been an update to the kernel, that is why there is two options. However you seem to not have upgraded sangoma after the update. centos 2.3 is correct it is using the kernel 2.3 not the old kernel. sangoma's drivers are compiled to the kernel, so after the first run of updates (to the web interface and kernel) there is a reboot to load into the new kernel. sangoma will then be allowed to update, it would appear that your drivers are missing. Can you submit this as a ticket and have support check this box over, they will require you to portforward 22, 7783, 9090
