Hopefully someone has ran into this- We were dialing 8 then our extensions to get to VM in UM and it was working. Implemented Auto Attendants in UM, now 8 and ext (82001) takes us to the AA. Any suggestions?
  2. Maybe I am missing something simple, but...... We have our internal PBXnSIP PBX, a CS410 (to drop at a clients for demo purposes, but for configuration is set up in our office), our Hosted Multi Tennant PBXnSIP PBX, and a Demo/Testing Virtual Server PBXnSIP PBX. Q. How do we configure the SNOM phones to register with their respective PBX's. The phones are set in the identity for their respective PBX's either by dns name or IP in the registar and proxy settings. Am I missing a setting? Thanks -Jim
  3. I have a SNOM 820 that when dialing anything beginning with a "2" will only dial 2 digits. When dialing ext 2001, only 20 shows on the display and it trys to auto dial 20 which doesn't exist. Call completion and number guessing is off on the phone. Every other number dial fine. Any thoughts
  4. Tom- I had the same problem and this fixed it. In the Trunk settings "Send to extension" put this !(.*)!\1!t! 1000 Replace the 1000 with your AA's# Set up each extension that needs a DID like this 101 123-456-7890 (Your DID's) I found this buried somewhere in the forum and it solved my DID routing issues.
  5. I understand this part. I can't get it to work consistantly. Please look at post http://forum.pbxnsip.com/index.php?showtopic=2645 I am questioning whether I have the trunks set up correctly and maybe that is the cause of my issues. Thanks
  6. Running Version: 3.3.1.3177 (Win32) Going loopey I have 1 Trunk and 3 DID's All 4 have been defined in the trunk section and all are 200 OK Main Trunk # (We will never use as a DID) has no "send call to extension" defined Neither do any of the other trunks/DID's at this point. We have created a AA using 1000 6232361361 (The AA answers) Created an extension of 101 6232361362 - dial it and it goes to the 1000 AA Put the extension number in the trunk "send call to extension" it still goes to the AA Stop and Start the service account and the call goes to 101 when dialed Redial the 1000 AA to see if still working and now those calls also go to 101. Q. Am I confuguring the trunks correctly? Main Account # as a trunk Each assigned DID as a trunk Q. Am I creating the extension w/ DID and AA w/ DID correctly? 1000 xxxxxxxxxxx 101 xxxxxxxxxxx Q. Am I miising a step or something? Thanks -Jim
  7. Using Version: 3.3.1.3177 (Win32) I have multiple DID's assigned by provider. All work when calling the AA. I would like to route a DID to a specific extension. I have tried using extension setup of 101 xxxxxxxxxx Have tried using Hunt Group 650 xxxxxxxxxx Nothing I have tried get a DDI to the extension. Any ideas? Thanks
  8. Using Version: 3.3.1.3177 (Win32) I have a need for using an ACD to dial external numbers whether cell or landline. Is this possible? I also have the same requirement for a Hunt Group. Is this possible? We have 2 divisions with seperate employees and need to be available 24x7 for calls. The scenario for the ACD is- Customer calls the 800 # assigned to ACD which is for Hosting Support. This needs to route to 3 engineers cell phones, first available picks up. Hunt Group is- Customer calls local # assigned to HuntGroup which is for IT Support. This needs to ring engineer 1, then 2 if no answer and so on. Any help would be appreciated
