  1. After stalking the collegue the answer was found. Setup a serviceflag and have the extention (8101 f.e.) mentioned in the serviceflag of the (only, in this case) huntgroup. And because you can only have 1 extention mentioned in the serviceflag it looks like they adjusted the allocation of extentions in the serviceflag on their own. Plus it helps if you keep the voicemail on the extention ENABLED.
  2. Today we had a client calling about using the voicemail of an extention as the main voicemail. Apparantly they use that after a collegue of mine had given an instruction on how to do that, but sadly he didn't tell us about that. Because he is out of the office for a while we can't reach him and google didn't return much about this. The problem the client has is that they can use this 'feature' on all extentions except 1. When the certain extention is used for it the phone(s) will just keep ringing. Sofar I only knew about the main voicemail as being an attendent... from what I saw in the PBX. How do you setup an extention voicemail so it will act as the main voicemail? That would help me in finding what's different with this one extention or perhaps the phone (Snom300) itself.
  3. For internal training of new staff on VoIP we have set up an temp. PBX. Calls should last for 3 minutes max with the demo key, which isn't a problem. But calls are currently getting cut off after just 25-28 seconds. Is there a setting that I am overlooking or is this build in the key that I received? On the PBX the following shows in the log: [5] 2009/12/09 09:14:03: Maximum call duration on 65c4-2e59-2693-0541#41f75cbea3 [5] 2009/12/09 09:14:03: Maximum call duration on 701a1b03@pbx#42754 [5] 2009/12/09 09:14:03: Call 701a1b03@pbx#42754: Last request not finished [5] 2009/12/09 09:16:10: Maximum call duration on 4f2e-018f-4dae-13d8#64e7f8c70f [5] 2009/12/09 09:16:10: Maximum call duration on 38c3d4a6@pbx#2699 [5] 2009/12/09 09:16:10: Call 38c3d4a6@pbx#2699: Last request not finished [5] 2009/12/09 09:16:53: Maximum call duration on 56f7-3b09-15ca-2a10#26c9044c0c [5] 2009/12/09 09:16:53: Maximum call duration on 3bba5641@pbx#55028 [5] 2009/12/09 09:16:53: Call 3bba5641@pbx#55028: Last request not finished [5] 2009/12/09 09:16:58: INVITE Response 487 Request Terminated: Terminate 5ea2c773@pbx [2] 2009/12/09 09:25:08: WAV: File audio_moh/moh3.wav has 2 channels (should be 1) [2] 2009/12/09 09:25:08: WAV: File audio_moh/moh3.wav has a sampling rate of 44100 (should be 8000) [5] 2009/12/09 09:25:32: Maximum call duration on 3389-0984-24c4-19f1#bc73176b92 [5] 2009/12/09 09:25:32: Maximum call duration on ff51c4d2@pbx#52367 [5] 2009/12/09 09:25:32: Call ff51c4d2@pbx#52367: Last request not finished [5] 2009/12/09 09:27:28: BYE Response: Terminate a9bbb4e5@pbx [5] 2009/12/09 09:42:32: Dictionary: Item reg_edit_domain.htm credit en not found [5] 2009/12/09 09:46:04: Maximum call duration on 5493-3db7-1804-4379#6e453652f0 [5] 2009/12/09 09:46:04: Maximum call duration on 979c73eb@pbx#47406 [5] 2009/12/09 09:46:04: Call 979c73eb@pbx#47406: Last request not finished
  4. When do you think this will be implented? Does this perhaps also include saying that you're caller 4 in the line of waiting callers?
  5. We are testing Agent groups and its working perfectly. Is there a way of announcing how many customers are waiting inline ahead of you? And can the PBX play a (custom/own) message stating that the waitingtime would be longer then 10 minutes and asking the person to hang and try later. Thank you.
  6. If I put in "901; 903" as participants will this start the conference by ringing 901 and 903? If not this would be a really usefull feature. Thanks for your time.
  7. Maybe it would be worth mentioning that it's usable from 9.0 and up? Mac X is almost 7 years old by now.
  8. On the software page I found the installer for Mac 9. The news page states that an installer for Mac X has been released, but it is yet not on the downloadpage. Has the software been made available yet? Note: We aren't using Mac X ourselfs, but I noticed it while getting the windows version
