  1. We have installed Vodia PBX V5.2.5 on a Windows 7 PC, we can receive incoming calls OK but when making out going calls we are unable to hear them but they can hear us, this is not on all outgoing calls. Our VOIP provider is Zen Internet Can anybody help please
  2. Thanks, it was all down to port forwarding in the firewall. Generally when a program installs on a Windows PC it configures the necessary port forwarding, as Vodia PBX does not do this it would have been nice to have had a list of the required ports and protocols. It would also be nice to have a list of port forwarding requirements for the router firewall to enable access to the SIP provider. As when playing around to get the device to work I'm not certain if I have opened too much. Apart from that it works OK now and will do as a stop gap until we can get a Vodia Mini PBX Are there any suppliers/distributors in the UK/Europe or do we have to purchase from the States?
  3. I had already followed installation instructions. The only part of that that I am not sure about is at the end where it states "In Windows it is essential that you configure the Windows Firewall to allow the PBX process". It does not tell you what needs to be configured, can you please help. I have upgraded to V5.2.5 What I was looking for was a setup guide for the system after installation.
  4. I am trying to install Vodia PBX V5.2.3 on a Windows 7 PC (we had a SNOM One Mini but it went up in smoke, trying this as a quick fix until we gat a new one). Is there a noddy guide on setting the system up? I have muddled through but can't get our SNOM320 phones to provision so that I can test if installation works. The original SNOM One was installed by a third party.
