  1. Can anyone point me to the download link for the Csta Browser?
  2. Not sure if this was a custom headers issue in the end - after some help from Snom support, the final setting that got it all to work was "Rewrite global numbers: Check domain country code" Whereas previously it was set to "use + symbol at beginning".
  3. Please see enclosed sangoma log.
  4. Thanks for the reply. Just tried the 00 in place of a +, still the same problem.
  5. I reverted to 4.3.0.5021 and everything works fine. Tried 4.5.0.1091 and all external calls get to a recorded message saying "The number you have dialled has not been recognized, please check and dial again". I have fiddled with custom headers and tried to get logs to match pre-upgrade logs. All the changes I make to custom headers, seem to make no difference. Does the problem lie elsewhere?
  6. Ah, analogue line, in the UK, so BT have some peculiar ways of dealing with disconnecting. I'll look at NBE in more depth.
  7. System almost there. One remaining problem is that if any call gets directed to a mailbox, a message is recorded, but the call is not disconnected. Line has to be physically disconnected before line will be realesed. Am using NBE on a Sangoma B600 is this likley to be a Snom problem or a Sangoma problem?
  8. Hello I had a working system a while ago, but upgraded and lost the configuration in the process. I cannot figure out what I have missed. Incoming calls are fine, internal calls are fine, outgoing calls do not work correctly - they get to a recorded message saying that number is unavailable, regardless of which number I dial. I assume this is on the local telco's network, which makes me think the sangoma card and NBE are working fine. I am assuming the problem lies somehwere in the custom headers, but cannot find a working example for the UK. There are some examples posted for US providers. Without a working example or reference it could take me a very long time to try all possible combinations. Any ideas? Thanks.
  9. OK, so does this mean the problem lies elsewhere? Can you suggest where else I should be looking. I have noticed that when an external call gets put through to the group mailbox, there is no announcement. On listening to the message, only silenec is recorded until the external caller hangs up and then the dial tone is recorded until the line is physically disconnected.
  10. Checked other mailboxes and company mailbox from internal extensions, received prompts and seemed to leave messages OK. Please see attached sip trace. Let me know if I need to give any more information. sip trace.txt
  11. Hello All Incoming and outgoing calls working fine via Sangoma B600 with NBE. Current issue is if call is not answered by main extensions in hunt group it gets sent to group mailbox. Group mailbox starts recording without first giving announcement and continues to record after caller has hung up. Only way I can get the system to disconnect is to physically unplug line. Any pointers?
  12. I am running SnomOne Free on a Windows 32Bit box with a Sangoma B600 board and Net Border Express. Got most things up and running, but if a call is received over PSTN it can be answered but if the caller ends the call, Net Border Express still shows the call as connected until the line is physically disconnected from the PSTN (by unplugging). This is in the UK, so I understand that British Telecom analogue lines do not use battery to disconnect but a disconnect tone. Ticking or unticking all options in NBE for disconnect call do not seem to work. Any tips? Thanks.
  13. To add a little more information, Net Border Express reports: Failed to resolve hostname of "From" URI sip:012xxxxxxx@pbx.company.local;user=phone and Failed to resolve hostname of "To" URI sip:078xxxxxxx@pbx.company.local;user=phone
  14. Hello All Managed to setup system with SnomONE free, Sangoma B600D, Net Border Express all on a Windows 32 bit box. Internal calls, all ok, can receive external calls OK, but if I make an external call, as soon as it is answered, the call is cut off. Any ideas what might be causing this, or where to look for clues? Thanks.
