  1. I have 3 Algo 8028 door phones. They all ring to a hunt group. The problem is that we need them to continue to ring until someone answers them, but voicemail for the phones in the hunt group eventually picks up. Is there a way for those 3 extensions to ring other phones but never go to voicemail? We still need other extensions and trunk lines to go to voicemail. Thanks!
  2. I have 3 Algo 8028 Door phones which I have setup as registrations for their own extensions. I want these extensions to be able to ring all of the extensions in the hunt groups without them sending these calls to voicemail. Is it possible to do this? I still need other calls to go to voicemail on the extensions in that hunt group. For example, extension 100 is the receptionist and MUST be able to allow voice mails from other extensions as well as trunk lines, but if someone is at the door, I need it to ring until someone answers it (not the voice mail attendant). Thanks!
  3. Once I took it off the default of GSM ...it seemed to start working fine. Thanks! I put all the 700 series codecs first...most likely 711 1st.
  4. So it appears that maybe it is the one way audio and not a true DTMF that I am having? Which codec works best with these units?
  5. I love and swear by my Audiocodes, but I have this unit and no audiocodes in stock. I think I am now having an issue with codecs....one way audio.
  6. Thank You! I have tried your settings and still have an issue. I have tried 1,2, and 7 with DTMF...no luck. We have Windstream (KY)at this location. 1 ring can work with the Audiocodes unit with them, but all FXO units need 2 rings with Bell South ATT (around this area) from my experience. The caller ID is not that big of a deal, but the DTMF is. The audiocodes units need out of band here...FYI. I am getting the same result with both identical units. I even tried it on their 503 unit.
  7. OK. It is now picking up but it is not hearing the keyed input/tones. It is also not showing caller ID.
  8. Here is my FXO pageGrandstream FXO Device Configuration.pdf
  9. Thank you for the help! What I am having a problem with is that I dont think the Grandstream is answering the call. I am seeing this with 2 of these devices. I even changed it to 2 stage dialing (just to test) and I am not hearing anything but endless ringing. At least with the Audio codes, it picks up and then gives a dial tone for 2 stage. I want it to send to extension 115 on the pbx which is an auto attendant.
  10. I am also having an issue with outbound calls. I am getting 200 register and receiving calls fine. I suspect my issue is in the custom headers. Does anyone have a screen shot of what they need to be? Thanks!
  11. I am having issues trying to setup a Grandstream GXW4104 FXO with snomone. I tried it a year ago with 4.5 and gave up. I ended up using an Audiocodes. I am now using 5.04 and am stuck due to Windstream screwing my client on a port. I need to put this FXO at their old location and then send it to their new location over the internet. I am comfortable with the networking, but am having issues on the analog trunk side. All I get is ringing. Status shows that someone tried to call. I am running it as 1 step like the Audiocodes. I have tried to copy the same settings over (or my version of translate) but still stuck on probably 1 or 2 settings.
  12. So I need to dedicate an extension (that has the correct dial plan) on the one pbx and then a type of forwarding from the other pbx?
  13. I have 2 pbx's on a lan, but 2 different businesses. I have run into an issue where I need an extension on PBX A to be able to make it's outbound calls through a SIP Trunk (callcentric) on PBX B. I have the 2 PBX's on different extensions (100 on A and 200 on . They are currently calling ext. on either pbx no problem. Is this easy to do? They are running Yellow on the license and have open/available extensions if needed.
