  9. thanks for your questions The problem occurs randomly, the scene is recorded by 3 trunk voip adsl dedicated phones by dialing * 87 does not take the call, after a few hours it works again. sometimes it does not work * 87 + ext. ideas?
  10. Hi, at one of our customers who has 20 telephones snom (fw. 08/04/35) under a PBX snomone (fw. Delta Aurigids 4.5.0.1075) the *87 general call pickup is not always working, could anyone help me understand the reason? has anyone encountered the same issue? thanks in advance
