  1. ======================================================== The PBX and Snom phones gets their time on the same location. And we use SIP trunks. One thing i notice on the PBX CDR is that the TS and TC is always equal on ACD calls only Thanks Wilkin
  2. Hi Stage 1 and Final Stage has different extension number ....the idea is, if the Stage 1 group (agent) dont pick-up the phone in x seconds, then the suppervisors phone will also ring. So how can I make the stage 1 rings first and if its not being answered in x seconds then the Final Stage extension will also ring? Thanks
  3. We are using Snom phones on our PBX system and I was trying to figure out why the CDR from the Snom phone and the pbxnsip system don’t match. What’s happening is every time the PBX receives a call it automatically starts its CDR counter even though the call has not been answered. The Snom Phone only stars its CDR once you answer the call. There has been some cases where in the Snom phone has a 1 sec missed call of its CDR but on the PBX its recorded as a 30 sec call. And that is what is causing the CDR difference. I already tried making those extension as an Agent Group and a Hunt Group but the result is still the same. Question is how can I make the PBX system only start’s its CDR once you pickup the call or when it goes in a voice mail Thanks
  4. I created a Hunt Group at the pbxnsip system and extension number on Stage 1 and place the duration for 10 sec. I also entered the extension on the Behavior’s Final Stage. Now, my question is, everytime that Hunt Group receives a call, all extension rings including the final stage extension at the same time. Now, I am at 240 sec duration already and still the Final Stage extension rings together with the Stage 1 Extensions at the first call. What am I doing wrong, How can I make the Stage 1 extensions ring first and after x sec the Final Stage extension? Thanks
  5. Hi I am new to pbxnsip and would like to know if it is possible to connect pbxnsip to an asterisk based IP PBX as if they are one.... Example is; if I dial at, let say 555 from any extension at pbxnsip it will ring to a asterisk based IP PBX extension 555 and vise versa I think this is usefull especially when one wants to outsource some of its operation to a other call centers Thanks
