  1. Do you know a working solution to use GSM Adapter? Which is the type of adapter you prefer? For Sending/Recieving calls too.
  2. I see, and in version 4.5, how can i do the transfer of calls into SQL db? It is also ok for me to have duration of the calls in the csv, but as i read in the earlier topic it is not possible. Thanks, Gergely

  4. Hello, Is there a way to add a duration field for each call in the csv when using file:disk mode? Currently i have only start, stop, but this i cannot use because if i do a minus, then i will not get back the right seconds. Thank you, Gergely
  5. Yes, but it is for a company, if anyone answers the call, they need to get no email. If noone answers, it is ok to send this email five times, as i send it to only 1 email address. If they do not recieve the email, they loose customer ( and they have phones in more places, so i cannot have only 1 extension to ring ).

Hello, I have the following setup: Extensions: 100,200 Hunt Group : 3000 If i recieve a call to hunt group 3000, and then it rings 100,200 as first stage for 15 seconds, and i disconnect the phone, then i get no Missed Call email notification by extension sides. If the first ring stage is over, and i setup the final stage to ring extension 100 only, then i get the Missed Call email. Do you know how to solve the missed call email problem at first ring stage of extenions? Thanks, Gergely
  7. Yes, each extension is with own ANI number ( 123456789 etc.. ), which i can send out at regular call without any problem. This number must be sent out if the calls are diverted/forwarded to a cellphone by using a SIP Trunk. On One sip trunk i have to use multiple ANI numbers ( each extension is with own ANI number )

Hello, I need to setup to some special extensions the following: When they do callforwarding/redirection to their mobile phones, the system has to send their extension's caller ID, not the Caller ID where the call comes from. Is there a way to change it for some extensions this rule? Thanks, Gergely

I just checked the packets, the incoming is like this: SIP User Part sip:36709999999@sip.domain.hu:5060;user=phone PAI sip:36702541171@sipc4.datanet.hu;user=phone SIP PAI User Part 36702541171 Here the SIP from address User Part is 36709999999 which i need to transfer when we recieve incoming calls.   10. Hi, I try to rewrite, but till now i had no luck. In any case what i get is without 00, as my did providers are sending us the calls, some others are sending in the right format. Can you give an example for the following: I get a call from 36709999999 which i need to display on my phone as the call from is (CallerID) 0036709999999. Thanks, Gergely
  11. Hello, Yes, this is one solution, but we have many customers as we have the snom one enterprise edition, and for the companies i have to use more times the same extension number. This is why i created the dial plans like that. Thanks, Gergely
  12. Hello, I have the following problem: On the incoming calls of one trunk to our numbers we are not receiving the 00 international prefix, only the number without 00. Is there a way to add 00 prefix for an incoming trunk/IP by using a dial plan or some other setting? Thanks, Gergely
  13. Hello, I have the following problem: I have extension 1000000 ( dial plan 300 is a speed dial for this extension ), which i put on call divert to my mobile ( Call Forwarding ALL ). If i setup the call forwarding for extension 300 on the phone, then i cannot dial this 300 extension's number by call forwarding from central phone (receptionist wants to transfer incoming call to 300, which is a mobile call forward now), because someone's voicemail menu is answering ( This is the main menu of the mailbox ). This is strange, as my extension, and also the extension 1000000 has voicemail turned off. What i need now is to call someone else's extension within the same dial plan by speeddial ( Call Extension ) if the extension has call forwarding turned On. Please help me find a solution. Gergely
  14. Hello, I have the following problem: I have extension 1000000 ( dial plan 300 is a speed dial for this extension ). If i enter from phone the call forwarding, then i can dial this number from outside ( by sip uri ), and the forwarding is working fine. MY GSM Phone -> call +1234124352342 -> ring my extension 1000000 ( based on sip uri ) -> my extension rings +1-800-0000000, and the call is connected well. If i try to call the 300 to reach the extension 1000000 i get into someone's voicemail menu, which is strange, as my extension, and also the extension 1000000 has voicemail turned off. What i need now is to call someone else's extension within the same dial plan by speeddial ( Call Extension ) if the extension is busy. Please help me find a solution.
  15. I get dialy mail, for me it is also ok if i get email by trunk or similar. In the dialy email i have no trunk for calls. In the main CSV i have trunk but there is no duration Thanks, Gergely
  16. I tried, but no success yet. Emails do not contect the duration of each call. Is it possible to modify in some way the inbuiltd CSV content? What i need is to have also the Duration of the call and to reduce the stored datas what we do not need. For me it is also ok to make it by email in some way. Thanks, Gergo

  18. Hello, I am looking for a solution to find a way to get in the monthly talk duration/CDR information regarding my incoming Trunk calls (connected calls splited by Provider 1, Provider 2 ). What i need to see is the call duration per each month for each incoming trunk, as i see in the CDR CSV there is no this data by default. As i see there is a duration part to setup in some way but till now i haven't find the right way. Thank you, Gergo
  19. Dear forum members, I just added one custom ringtone for 3 extensions , they are working fine. For the 4th extension i try to add a different ringtone, but in any case the system keeps playing the first ringtone. I try to add different ringtones in the right wav format for more extensions, but the ringtone in any case is the same as the first custom uploaded ringtone. Does anyone knows what can cause this problem? Thanks, Gergo
  20. The GSM Gateway is behind nat on dynamic IP, the snom enterprise pbx is on fix public IP. The problem is that without registration i cannot recieve the call and i cannot see where to route the outgoing call. At the dial plan can you give me an example regarding how to pass the destination number to the Gateway? Let's say 3000 is the GSM adapter, and i want to dial out from extension 100 to external destination number 0036702541171 . Thanks, Gergo
  21. Hello, I am looking for a solution to make the Alphatech Bluegeta SIP 1 gateway working for outgoing calls. If i register the adapter as extension i can recieve the calls without any problem. Is there a way to create a dial plan for outgoing calls to send out at one extension? Like if i call 88 the call has to go out on extesin 200. Thanks, Gergo

  24. Hello, I am looking for a solution for a specific ( or maybe for all ) users to disable the right of Deleting the call recordings by the web interface. Does anyone knows how to do it? If the user is not even admin, he still has the right to Delete the recorded calls. Alternatively we give FTP accounts to the users to delete their calls and to download their call recordings to be saved for future use. Maybe it is also working option if we can disable the recorded call's check from the user account pages. Thank you in advance, Gergo
