  1. ok I tried this setting, didn't fix the problem. I tried it on both the sip trunk and the ocs trunk. Downgrading back to ver 3 .. any other ideas?
  2. thank you for replying. I know it's right in front of me, but I can't find the setting can you (or anyone) tell me where to find this setting?
  3. ok, I've tried the following. tried using the 2007 ocs mediation server. same problem. tried the mediation server on 2003. same problem. tried pbxnsip on 2003. same problem. All signs are pointing to a problem with pbxnsip ... same error in all configs : [6] 2010/04/15 10:44:32: SIP TCP/TLS timeout on 10.100.100.10:4335, closing connection update : just tested with 3.4 & the problem is gone, so as I suspected it is a problem in ver 4 ... however I can't use 3.4 because of the 30 second silence issue with ocs ... happy to test/troubleshoot with anyone to resolve this issue!
  4. Just curious, does anyone have pbxnsip 4.x running on 2008 without issue? I've run into another issue and I'm starting to wonder if it's just not possible to get this config running. Is anyone running ocs r2 with pbxnsip 4.x on 2003 ok? should i just downgrade 3.x? This time round when I call an external #, if the external user answers the calls after 5 or so seconds, the ocs client doesnt acknowledge the answer and keeps saying 'calling' however the external caller hears silence. If the remote party answers the call within about 5 seconds, everything is ok. inbound calls do not experience this problem. 5. Hello, I'm using the current 4.x build to connect a sip trunk & ocs r2. Everything is working perfectly except for music on hold. The call is sucessfully being put on hold, the log file from pbxnsip suggests everything is working ok but no music plays. I've recreated the music on hold & assigned to 'all', then in my domain I've select the music on hold I created. I'm running on a 2008 server. Is this a feature that should be working in this configuration? If so, is there an error I should be looking for in the log (I've set logging level to 9 and have found no errors). thanks
