  1. I have exactly the same problem. I want to block 0844 numbers (I'm in the UK). So my entry in the dial-plan will be 0844* with 'not allowed' set on the trunk. However, this does not work. All calls are successful. I have nothing in International or local area code set up on my Snom One. @Snom One - please reply with a full answer to this question. Is this a bug? If not, why doesn't it work?

Ok - voted! Matt - thanks for this, I didn't know about the BLF thing - was getting people to dial the extension number which is a bit long winded. Why don't Snom One document this? If they have, I wasn't able to find it, either in the manual or on wiki.snomone.com. Anyway, thanks for posting, it's really helpful.

Yes, I'd like to know the answer to this too. I have to say, the answers Snom gives on this forum are pretty enigmatic. I think there are a few half baked ideas knocking around the Snom One admin interface (e.g. Presence) which don't appear to do anything. Come on then MR X - you say the manual gives the 'cleaner' way. Would you care to expand on that? Tell us exactly, step-by-step, how to set up a mailbox that multiple users can access without having to enter a PIN. The manual is next to useless. The description for each function is just the name of the function but with the words arranged in a different order!
  4. Ok, I've managed to find a workaround. In domain settings, if I just put a zero in the Area code field, mobile phone integration works as it should.
  5. Looking at the call history, in the From field, all incoming numbers have the preceding zero missing, so this is the cause of the problem. Also, if I look at the call history on my Snom desk phone, the numbers are missing their preceding zero. Why would the PBX get a number from the SIP trunk that's missing the first digit? Help??!
  6. Hi folks I've got my mobile set up under my extension and it will simultaneously ring when my extension does. However, when I dial in to the PBX, I get the auto attendant. I can get it to work by dropping the preceding zero. For example, let's assume my mobile number is: 07920026376. If I drop the zero and put 7920026376 in the 'cell phone integration' field for my extension, I can dial in and get the PVA. Obviously, nothing works after that, the PBX can't call me back and my mobile won't ring when my extension does, because the PBX is attempting to now dial an invalid number. Can anybody explain why this happens? Cheers, Jude
