  1. Hi All, How can I use the hotdesking feature with my snom phones, All snom phones are auto-provisioned with Snom redirection server. My requirement is : "The user who wants to use the phone will enter the Extension number and Pin/password to log in. Rest of the configurations are auto-provisioned.There will be a button to log off"
  2. Hi, I am using Vodia 5.5.0 and I've license for WebRTC. Can you please let me know how a user can make a call from the browser. When a user logged in on PBX user web portal as see option "call from Browser. But when a user call from the browser he gets a media error message. I tried HTTPS page too but getting the same result. Please help me to resolve this issue

  4. Hi, Let me know how to change the hunt group ringback tone ? Ringback source only shows Default System Ringback. How to choose my own ring tone as ringback for a hunt group.
  5. Hi, Let me know can we replicate a sip trunk(ip based) on our Vodia server with same the same settings and efferent name ? Need to configure same ip based sip trunk with same settings and efferent name. When i tried to configure and tried to make calls but getting " SIP/2.0 400 Bad Request " error. So please advise me is it possible or not ? And how can i resolve this error
  6. Hi, Thanks for your reply, It is a little bit difficult to test, as the event happens only once per month. Yes, i had copy & pasted my API information from the Freshbooks page to the PBX. and i make sure that every domain has the billing information filled out. And i had waited for a day before i can hit the "test" button on the PBX billing page. But unfortunately i can't see draft invoices for those domains in my Freshbooks account. I had also turn the log level for billing events to 9, but the log is missing i couldn't see what the PBX is doing when i hit the test button. So let me is there any way to resolve this ? i had checked with freshbook team and they says that their is no issue on their end please help me
  7. Hi Thanks for your reply, I had waited for one day before i hit the "test" button on the PBX billing page. But i can't found any draft invoices for that domain in my Freshbooks account. And i couldn't find any level 9 log in my PBX when i hit the test button. ​So let me know how can i sort out this issue ? NB: Log level already enabled

  10. Hi All, Have a issue with my auto attendant, when i press a valid extension then the pbx will say "this extension number does not exist" , Its happens only the extension which start with 9. Other extensions's have no issue. So let me know is it any default security settings ? Why issue only with the extensions which are start with 9 ?
  11. Hi I had configured a domain in our PBX server with auto attend. Now its have some issues when we call in our line its goes to auto attend and then if we choose any option from auto attend ivr then its says that "this access code is not match" . But most of the times its works without this issue. This issue occurred randomly. Let me know how can i resolve this ? In this server there is some other IVR's for other domains. in these domains have no issues. Pleases help me
  12. Hi We have purchased a new IP auth Sip trunk from one of our provider. but its not working both incoming and outgoing. They are suggested that we need to white list their IP in our server. Let me know where i can do this IP white listing in vodia PBX ? Its a cloud based PBX server with linux operating system Please help me.
  13. Hi all, Am using Vodia V5 server since last one year, with couple of domains and extensions. already set outbound ANI for every extensions and those assigned to our users. Now let me know 1 ) Is it possible those user can change the Outbound caller id (ANI) using from Phones apart from server settings They are using different IP phones like Snom, Grandstream etc 2 ) If user can spoof the outbound caller id using any method how can i prevent ?
  14. Hi Support team, Am running my Vodia PBX server with 3 domains and created multiple extensions under these domains. Let me know how can i limit incoming call to one of my extension. Currently i can limit incoming call to this extension from some particular extensions, But i can call to this extension from outside calls . that means i have a DID number XXXXXXX and this number mapped to my auto attend. if i make call to XXXXXXX this goes to auto attend and from there i can call to my extension 88. now i want to block this feature too. how can i ? Currently is i make to call to extension 88 from other extension apart from 81 i got forbidden error. i can make successfull call to 88 through my DID Sorry for my bad English. Please help me
  15. Hello, In my company, we are using different numbers as pattern for choose the trunk for outbound calls. But we have an issue that these pattern numbers also shows in the logs. let me know is any option for skip this pattern number pass to logs ?. Because this make confuse.

Let me know can i call from one domains extension to another domain extension ? for example extension 12 under pbx.companya.com want to make call to extension 121 under pbx.companyb.com please help me
  18. Hi all, How can i record calls on-demand by pressing a button while on call ?. Default settings of call recording default for domain is "No" for all options and call recording for extension as default. So please help me to resolve this. We are try to record using record button in phones but its goes failure. please help me
  19. Hi all, In my server i have only one extension and we are using multiple DID's from different countries and those DID's mapped to this single extension. My question is can i choose a outbound caller id (ANI) with the help of Dial map ? ie, if i make a call to usa then my outbound number (ANI) as my first number and if i make call to UK then ANI should be my second number. is it possible ?
  20. Hi, Thanks for your reply. When i remove area code from the domain, then all calls shows (local call , and overseas call) without area code. That means its only shows which was i given in domain.

  23. Hi Friends, Am running vodia server without any issues still last 1 year, but now I want to change one of my settings which is related to caller ID. Currently am configuring my outbound ANI with my country code. And when I make a outbound call within my country or overseas the caller Id shows with this country code. Now I want to shimmy outbound caller id without country code if my outbound call within my country limit and also shows caller id with country code if I make a outbound call to overseas. How can I configure this?
