  1. I understand that it's not a nice way of doing it but that is what the customer wants. I cannot find where to change it in the domain settings.
  2. We have a customer that is using 9 to dial an outside number but they want to change it to 8 but that tries to send it to a voicemail. Is there a way to swap 8 and 9 in the system?
