Frequency to call the mobile

Hi,

 

we have a customer only with one agent in the ACD, all working fine ;-)

The customer ask to setup a faster frequency to call the mobile again when a caller is in the queue

The ACD Group have a parameter for this?

Faster frequency? You mean faster? The PBX calls the cell phone immediately in the ACD (not like when calling the extension), so faster would not be possible... It might take a long time depending on the cell phone provider.

Hi,

 

the ACD try to call the mobile and is this call not connected the acd try again and again and again with a pause time.

 

ACD -> call mobile -> pause -> ACD -> call mobile

 

I mean the pause time between this calls with faster to reduce the pause time
