Just wondering if there was a way to randomise this as, statistically, callers are more likely to listen to the first few recordings as opposed to the last few, unless there is a way to randomise the sequence Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Vodia PBX Posted November 8, 2016 Report Share Posted November 8, 2016 In the agent group, the announcement "0" is played always in the beginning, even if there is nobody else waiting. This announcement is good for informing the caller. The other announcements are played in a round robin fashion. In principle they could be played in a random fashion as there is no guarantee that they will occur at all, but right now it starts with the first index "1".
