formel
In my Snom One PBX, call history suddenly stopped working, and it is displaying only calls perfrormed til 23/06. It is not showing any other call made after such date. Is there a way to reset call history, or to re-enable it?
Support
Hi, If the previous logs arent that important to you then you can clear the cdr ,cdrt, cdri , cdre folder from your vodia PBX directory and then restart the system. If they are important, then take the backup of these folders and then just restart the system. Let us know if that works. When was the PBX last rebooted? cwernstedt
After reboot, the call history shows all calls as having been made on 12/31/1969 7:00:00 PM . Version is 63.0.1 (Debian64) . Any idea of what happened here and how it can be prevented in the future? (Fortunately this time, the log isn't needed.)
Vodia PBX
That is "0" seconds, or just "" seconds. It means that for whatever reason the timestamp for that call is not there.
cwernstedt
How could that happen? Bug? Server wasn’t touched except for a reboot.
