Record calls on Demand

Hi, I am using vodia 5.2.5 version. How can I record calls on demand. In domain setting recording default set to No and extension set to default. In start code I set Record On Key=*93 and Record Of Key=*94. During conversation if I dial *93 It didn't record the call. Please advise.

Hi,


It works. It's just that the manual recording doesn't prompt you that the call is being recorded. You can find all those recording under the mailbox settings.

Okay, sorry can you please tell me where can I find those recordings which are recorded through start code? Under which mailbox setting you are talking about?

Hi,

 

Go to Domain > Extension (which pressed the recording star code) > Mailbox. And there you should find it.
