absip
We were not able to update our system via Maintenance/Software Update since last summer. It simply did not work. So we did this: Renamed/deleted pbxctrl.exe and pbxctrl.dat Downloaded new versions from: http://vodia.com/downloads/pbx/win64/pbxctrl-v61.0-64.exe http://vodia.com/downloads/pbx/dat/pbxctrl-61.0.dat Removed string "-61.0" and copied files to the program directory. The pbx seems to work fine and finally runs the current version of the software. We just want to make sure that this workaround is OK. Waiting for confirmation. Thank you. Support
Hi, Yes this should be it. If your license is good and your trunks are working, then you should be all set.
absip
Today we were trying to update automatically to V 63, but the ctrl.exe file on our server did not change. I guess we'll have to do this manually again. What is the URL for the download of the new version?
Support
Hi, It's the same download link as the XML file you use for upgrading: http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/version-63.0.xml
