It use to be that we place a call on hold and another extension will be able to pick it up.. Now on version 3.1.1 this cannot be done, is there some thing I'm missing? Or we have to use Park Orbit now? The old behavior was a little bit "dangerous". Yes, a park orbit is much more suitable for that.
