Call Recording on Conference

Hi;

 

i have call recording enabled for every call but when users use the conference bridge the calls are not being recorded.

 

is there any reason for this? how can i fix it?

 

pbxnsip version 3.4.0.3201

 

please advise asap

When the moderator creates the conference (via the user portal), there is "Record Conference" radio button. Please set that to yes and try.

Did you try the "In call Record" star codes? this may have to be executed by the moderator during the conference.

No...the domain admin needs ALL calls recorded as he monitors calls etc...he does not want to schedule every call but needs FULL call recording without his employees knowing he is recording!

 

Pls advise asap
