Vodia PBX Posted September 15, 2010 Report Share Posted September 15, 2010 is there a way to have the system say this call might be recorded after the caller selects a option You can definitevely do this in an auto attendant (as the welcome greeting) or IVR node before you send the call into a ACD or hunt group.
