mattlandis
i'm sure i researched this before but i'm drawing a blank: can the MOS score be included in cdr? were working on a sQL CDR reporting tool and really think the MOS score should be with the cdr. pbx support
There are several different CDR mechanisms in the PBX. Which method are you referring to?
mattlandis
There are several different CDR mechanisms in the PBX. Which method are you referring to? #1-to answer your question, The tcp cdr mechanism found here: http://pbx/reg_settings.htm. CDR URL: ipaddress #2- And if not there where can it be? pbx support
WE do not write the MOS score as is. But we write the quality metrics in the CDR (as a <Quality> tag in the SOAP CDRs). If you set CDR URL as http://ipaddress, you will see this sent out.
mattlandis
thanks for that. should i have been able to find that in wiki somewhere? just making sure i'm not blind. ;-) would it be good to add the quality metrics in the standard tcp line cdr? pbx support
Note that PBX first tries to connect to that address (http//:192.168.1.37:8888) and sends the data if the connection is successful. Are you not seeing the just the quality data or no CDR at all?
mattlandis
seeing nothing. My listener is recieving just like it recieves for the TCP by line connection. should we do different?
pbx support
After the connection is successful, PBX should send the CDR to that address. If you set the log level to 8 and HTTP events set, you should see some logs regarding the connection or timeout. Maybe that will give some clue.
