pbx support Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 Individual users should have access to the recordings on their user portals. Apart from that PBX can send ad-hoc recordings as part of the emails by setting up the "Admin->Email->Messages: When a new recording is available on the file system" & a global var "send_recording" to true.
