The star code (*93) is interfering with couple of other features. We want to see if we can remove that star code support. But before that we want to see who and how many are using this feature.

i hate seeing star key option go away though.

 

 

me too, we have over a hundred users on our system with spa2102 adapters using analog phones and we need the *93 to remain.

Are those callers in a agent group? If they are in the connected state of the agent group, then we could have the feature to turn recording on while connected to an agent.

No, they are not in an agent group.

We use the call recording feature both ways. It is a highly requested feature with our customer base. We need to be able to offer the star code recording unless a record button is going to be added to the 300.

Mapping a button to the record function should be possible for snom 300.

I would like to see some additional options to record automatically for specific extensions.

 

Record all calls

Record only incomming calls

Record external calls

Record extension to extension

Record calls to specific extension

Record Calls from extension

 

Recorded calls should be displayed per extension in portal area.

Recorded calls option to upload to FTP server.

Option to receive recored file in email.

I can't seem to find the ad-hoc option anywhere in the PBX either in free edition or premium one. :huh:

 

Ad-hoc is always included. When you use snom phones with that record button with PnP, you can just press the button during the call and start recording from there. For other models like 7xx, you may have to put that on a general-purpose button.
