mybusinessvoice Posted July 2, 2012 Report Share Posted July 2, 2012 Hi I have installed Snomone Blue (firmware 2011-4.5.0.1050 Coma Berenicids) (Win32) on a pc in my customers office and I have a few problems 1. When a call is transferred to a internal extension and someone pages at the same time the transferred call is connected to the person making the internal page 2. Sometimes not all the time the extensions are experiencing one way audio on external calls (I have the router in DMZ mode) all the phone are 720's on firmware 8.7.3.7 thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest kevin Posted July 2, 2012 Report Share Posted July 2, 2012 Hi, On 1) Can you send a trace since that is pretty peculiar. We can try to reproduce it here but a trace would be helpful. In regards to 2) 8.7.3.7 has a lot of issues and a new release should be coming out pretty soon. I would wait to try that since it is sporadic to see if that cleans it up.
