In the log file I find: "software update error: your OS snome ONE mini is not part of swupdate process". Why? PS: I have recently upgraded the OS to 5.02 but it seems that I need another license: Version: 5.0.2 (snom ONE mini) Created on: Nov 17 2012 03:24:05 Stato licenza: Nessuna licenza Durata licenza: Permanent How can I obtain another license? Click, here: snom ONE license bundle From that page, select a "bundle" and go through the checkout process. Vodia PBX Posted December 4, 2012 Report Share Posted December 4, 2012 As long as you did not change your configuration, it should be possible for you to downgrade to version 4.5. For this, you need to use the "upgrade" URL (ending in .xml) and put that into the software upgrade field in the PBX. As usual, it is a good idea to backup your working directory of the PBX to avoid unpleasant surprises if anything goes into a direction that you did not anticipate.
