Domain level recording option not showing with free or partner license

We have tried both free license and partner license to see where we can check the recording option but it's not showing anywhere.

How to activate it or where to find it ?

 

On snom one mini we can see in domain level there's a recording default for this domain option but not on SnomOne PBX.

 

I have restarted the services and server but nothing is showing.

 

any suggestion is welcome
