Ted Posted March 23, 2013 Report Share Posted March 23, 2013 SNOM 821 (8.7.3.10) is there a way to change the line color for calls that have been put on hold? Explanation: -when a user is on a active call the line light indicator is a solid green. -when a user puts a call on hold the line light indicator is a flashing green -when a caller has someone on hold (flashing green), talking with someone (solid green) and then if they receive another incoming call the line indicator is a faster flashing green. Too many green lights! Is there anyway to change a setting of a particular line in the 821 when a calls gets place on hold? Say changing to red. it would make it SO much easier to distinguish one call from another. Hope this makes sense.
