The PBX starts inviting agents in steps. You can define how many agents are added in each step. However I would keep the numbers relatively low, so that the CPU does not have to invite too many participants at a time.

i think it would be easier from an end user experience to have a ringall option in the drop down instead of a hack.

 

also having an equal distribution would be nice, so everyone gets 1 call before the second calls would ring the agent.
