  2. Thanks Scott. Will give that a go.
  3. Do you have custom HTML pages for the login screen ? as 68.0.32 jQuery was updated to a new version, so your old custom pages will be referring to the old version and break like you have described. You can only get in on your laptop because it's using cached data.. before you lose that quickly reset your welcome.htm and or user portals depending on what you have modded.

  5. Hi all, I've been on 68.0.30 for a long time and about 7 days ago updated to v68.0.37 I've now been made aware that clients are unable to log onto the web portal. When attempting, the username password area blinks and returns to idle looking screen, doesn't say incorrect password. I have tested on chrome and edge, both do the same and also add a question mark at the end of the URL after login attempt. Interesting I can login from my laptop that I use daily but if I pickup another laptop next to me on the same network, that doesn't login. So I can see what the clients are experiencing. Doesn't seem to be an IP address issue and I've check the blacklist. Again only seems to be since an update to 68.0.37 Anyone has similar?

  7. Is there a way to backup multiple domains? I backup the PBX folder, but also download the individual domains - there have been times I have had to restore an individual domain and it is easier to simply select the one you want. But if you have a lot of domains then the individual backup becomes tedious.
  8. I'm not sure how it would look like, but you can try the FROM-Header settings inside of a ring group if you can route calls through there. Auto-attendants might have this feature too depending on your PBX version. There should be an option that shows only the group name and should strip/remove the number/name.
  9. Is this about the From-header header setting? Next build will contain the anonymous header as well unless you just want to change the web page template yourself.
  10. It's mostly about your personal preferences. Every OS has advantages, but the most important one is that you know how to operate the server. Yes Windows has some license costs, but Linux can be hard to manage unless you are fluent in bash & Co. It it does not work for you, you can just move the working directory from Linux to Windows and from Windows to Linux; the directories have the same format so you are not stuck with your choice.

  12. Hello, we have a customer which needs to receive calls without inbound caller ID being displayed. This is the requirement, anything can be displayed but the name or the caller ID of the caller. I tried creating a separate trunk for this customer where i basically stripped everything and still no go. We use ThinQ/Commio as our trunk provider if that has any relevance. Has someone done this before? Dusan
  13. Hi Everyone, I will be setting up some new servers for our hosted Vodia platform, mainly because recordings are piling up, and more disk space is needed. I have smaller Vodia systems on prem on windows, and have had a couple of 1000+ user multi-tenant setups, but most of our own systems are on Linux, Debian to be precise. Does anyone have any opinion about which platform they would use? I have Server 2022 licenses kicking around, so the license cost is not a factor. I figure ease of manageability is a huge plus on windows, but uptime and security may go to Linux as the winner. I am looking forward to hearing other peoples opinions on it! Thanks
  14. Hi Team would like to update on this, there seems to be more issues: Sometimes I will get double toast notification on incoming calls, now the issue today is, there is no pop-ups on incoming calls on multiple workstations
  15. Hi Matt, Thanks for letting us know. Looking into this right now

  17. Version is 1.0.1 of the vodia phone 2 app. Playstore does not offer an update currently
  18. By the way what version of the app is it? 1.0.0 had a problem. We are on version 1.0.2 but the phone must have already updated, but just checking.
  19. I think this is very unlikely because dialing works perfect when i use the Groudwire App instead. This program also uses the native dialer. With this I can dial from either the contact app in the personal as in the work profile. Of course I enabled the option to enable the vodia App as a dialer account. I rather think this a problem with android 9. But the vodia app should work with android 9.
  20. Just make sure your microsoft email is set for that user. Also there is sometimes the problem of router not connecting to IPv6 addresses which then takes 4 minutes or so to sign you in. If there is no problem with ipv6 connections then it should be immediate. Thanks.
  21. Hmm I wonder if this could be one of those very rare Android phone or Vendor OS that does not allow the native dialer from other apps (which should be a no no but some of them do it). When you installed the app, did the phone take you to a screen called calling accounts where you had to turn on a switch for Vodia Phone 2? If it's available you should still be able to find it in the native dialer. In the native dialer, not the phone app, under setting then "other call settings" or "calls" (it's different with diff vendors), then Calling accounts, then active calling accounts, you should see Vodia Phone 2, turn it on to give Vodia app the permission to use the native app. But as I said this should have come up on initial install if your phone supported it, or on incoming call. You can also open a ticket so we could share info for a video call/screen share if you want. Thanks.
  22. ok. yesterday i used the Vodiaphone, today I use the "vodiaphone 2". i dial from the number pad. Dialling from a contact of the phone directory will deliver the same result. The first dial will start the native dialer, it will show the dialling screen but there wont be any connection. Further attempts are then only the message about the application crash. The vodia-phone (not 2) will behave similar, however, Dialling from the number pad or from the phones directory will work. Mov 0250-1.m4v
  23. Hi There we just moved to latest version and noticed that Incoming call pop up doesn't disappear after phone has been answered by someone else or has completed on another destination PBX v69.2.4 Windows app v.6.1.9 happens on multiple devices cheers Matt
  24. Hmm it should just work. The user needs to have an email set for the account, but that's about it.
  25. thanks, will attempt latest version again, I can see windows desktop app is performing better now, so hopefully we can finally transition
  26. Hello, I am looking into testing the Sign in with Microsoft option for Vodia, is there a guide to getting this feature configured? It seems it doesn't work just trying to login and I'm not seeing any documentation available on docs.vodia.com. Thank you!
  27. Not at the moment. We are looking into it. But trying to find out how to find a persons ticket, where the call should be logged?
  28. That seems to be from the outside of the app? For now we want to see if you can access and dial the contacts from within the app. As you see in the attached image, the top tab says local contacts, those are local contacts shown within the app. Can you dial it from there in this phone model?
  29. Could it be that it is a very long list. How many contacts are we talking about? If that is the case then we will have to maybe also replicate a huge local list as well (confirm if the list is in the thousands)? Thanks,
  30. The oauth hubspot is supported only in v69. And v69.2.4 is pretty stable. But if they still want to stay with v68, then they can do it the old way with hubspot but have to create a private app (essentially integration) in Hubspot that uses the API key. You can open a ticket for further details if needed. Thanks,
