  2. Thanks for the reply, but the examples that you have provided are no help. We simply want to pass along the caller id of the original caller, so if it is forwarded to a mobile phone, then they get that info. If there is a call from an extension, they either get company or extension info. I can take care of the latter two, but nothing i have tried has given no info or it is info from the extension, in this case. There are no examples, that reference calls forwarded to cell phones. It used to work. Please advise.
  3. Hi, This would be a process of trail and error as every trunk has different requirements. If you can go through this webpage https://doc.vodia.com/trunk_custom_headers and https://doc.vodia.com/trunk_ani, it will give you multiple options of how you would like the call to be represented. Also your trunk provider might need those settings in the "Remote party ID" or "P-Preferred-Identity" etc. section which will also have to be tried out. If you're unable to accomplish this, please create a ticket on vodia.zammad.com with all the admin level login, domain name, trunk (name and where can we find it on the PBX domain) details and we can take a look.
  4. That's the problem, once you've read the QR-Code, the app logs in and you can't go back to the home screen to change users. This is the real problem.
  5. "In the 64 version we have added a feature that allows the bulk download of QR codes so that they can be printed out (yes, on paper) and provided to the user. " I have Vodia on Raspberry, so there is no Zoiper QR-Code. Did you write that it was possible to send the QR-Codes in bulk, or did the translation make me misunderstand?
  6. Admittedly the app was made with users in mind that have only one extension. Maybe we should invest some time into the hot desking feature there, which should help handling multiple accounts (using star code should work anyway). Otherwise you can go back to the login screen and scan the QR code again.
  7. For the Vodia app we don't even send a single QR email - because it contains sensitive information that - if leaked - can obviously be used to get access to the account. For mass mail our idea is that large organizations print the page out and hand the pieces to the right persons that then scan it from their smart phones. Sounds a little old school, but is private and easy... For ZoiPer we do send this email - at least for now. We don't have any mass email feature though.
  8. "In the 64 version we have added a feature that allows the bulk download of QR codes so that they can be printed out (yes, on paper) and provided to the user. " you answered me this in another post, but does not allow me to answer, I ask here the question, - I can't find the feature where you can mass send the QR-Code, where is it? Thank you Damiano
  9. currently once logged into Android Vodia Phone is very difficult to change accounts, you should clear the cache and data to be able to log in with another account. The end customer normally fails to do this, I suggested a button or a menu on the main page of Android Vodia Phone where you can make this change. Damiano
  10. We need to get a way from sending password in emails - actually to even give passwords to users. It is a support and security problem. In the 64 version we have added a feature that allows the bulk download of QR codes so that they can be printed out (yes, on paper) and provided to the user. In many organizations that is a easy and safe way of providing users the credentials to the user login. This is in admin mode. Also we are using the Google login feature now also in the Android app, so that the user does not have to know the password at all. It is easier to set up for the administrator than the web login because of the way the app login works - just make sure that the email address is in the extension.
  11. Version 64 has a new feature - bulk change of parameter in the extension list. You will still have to know what exactly to put into the parameter , but it is a lot easier than to make a CSV file.

  13. How could that happen? Bug? Server wasn’t touched except for a reboot.
  14. That is "0" seconds, or just "" seconds. It means that for whatever reason the timestamp for that call is not there.
  15. Can you please expand on this. Simply we would like the following: The caller id is the company name and phone number unless an extension has a DID, then it is the extension name and DID. If someone calls an extension, either through an auto-attendant or directly to a DID, and it is forwarded to the mobile phone, is there a way to show the caller id of the original caller not the company or extension caller id. The example above has two different regex expressions and neither work to show the caller id of the cell phone. Thanks for your help.
  16. After reboot, the call history shows all calls as having been made on 12/31/1969 7:00:00 PM . Version is 63.0.1 (Debian64) . Any idea of what happened here and how it can be prevented in the future? (Fortunately this time, the log isn't needed.)
  17. DNSmadeEasy provides a user name, and two keys: API Key and Secret Key . From these three, what should go into the two fields provided on the pbx (user name and password) ? [Solved on my own: Should be API Key and Secret Key for user name and password ]
  18. hi, Three questions: - when sending email, is it possible to send the user's credentials as well? - Is it possible to send the qr-code as an attachment when sending an email? - Is it possible to view the qr-code (question above apart) only by admin? I'm writing here because it doesn't allow me to comment on your answer, I don't know why. You say you can send mass QR-Codes, but I don't see this function, where can I find it? Damiano
  19. Hi, i need no bulk modify the ringtone parameter; like setting to "external". can this be done by csv import ? i dont find the csv option parameters in documentation thx Joachim
  20. We are planning to release 64.0 today or at least in the next few days if anything goes wrong. So it might be worth waiting a little bit.
  21. oh okay.. I just followed the directions for the upgrade.. So, i will stay with the current version running until??? new notice, or until appears in the upgrade list of versions then? Like a 64.0 ?? 22. Obviously the opus.dll is missing. After all, this is not a release just a daily build. The opus.dll is not public available yet.

  24. This needs to be placed there: http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/version-63.1.xml
  25. Hi again, Do i need to place the .DAT in here?: The .EXE gives me a 404 error. Software Update Please enter the URL for a software update XML file in the URL below. During the update and after that update you can continue using the system. Note that after the software update that updated the PBX software itself, you have to restart the PBX or schedule a reboot. Loading voice prompts do not require a restart of the PBX. URL: Save

  27. Hi ! It wasnt the line given to me with the url. But the click on the 630.xml i press that sent the vodia to a prev. downgrade that seemed never allowed to recover from there ( as i said, i ended up corrupting it ) But its now working as the prev. day before that. I will try to apply the upgrade late tonite again. And keep you posted. But, if i want to manually download the .exe, wont find the page etc.. (or is it supposed to behave this way for security perhaps? not allowing external direct access?) Example: http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/win32/pbxctrl-v63.1-32.exe http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/win64/pbxctrl-v63.1-64.exe
