  1. Users are reporting that voicemail is not picking up some calls. Today I've had 2 users report on 4 different mailboxes that it didn't answer, and just rang endlessly. When I call from my cell phone, all the calls went to voicemail - but when they tried, it did not. We're currently running: Version: 2011-4.5.0.1030 Beta Corona Austrinids (CentOS32) on a snomONE appliance.
  2. It's a snomONE appliance: Linux 2.6.18-274.18.1.el5 on an i686 (CentOS) PBX: v2011-4.5.0.1030 Beta Corona Austrinids (CentOS32) 2 network interfaces: 1 internal, 1 external eth0 Ethernet 74.xxx.xxx.xxx 255.255.255.252 Up Ethernet fe80::203:1dff:fe08:57c8 64 Up eth1 Ethernet 172.18.xxx.xxx 255.255.255.0 Up Ethernet fe80::7271:bcff:febc:9e5 64 Up Gateways: eth0: 74.xxx.xxx.xxx Act as router: NO Static routes: eth1: 172.18.xxx.0 255.255.255.0 GW 172.18.xx.xx eth1: 172.18.yyy.0 255.255.255.0 GW 172.18.xx.xx eth1: 172.18.zzz.0 255.255.255.0 GW 172.18.xx.xx
  3. The multicast is populating on the phone, and we're on 8.4.35 for the firmware
  4. I have the system setup for multicast paging, but none of the phones pickup and hear the page. I've confirmed that the autoprovision setting is in the phone, and that nothing in blocking multicast on the network. Here are my paging extension settings: Streaming mode: multicast Destination: 3* 4* Source: * Multicast-address: 224.0.0.1:4000 Codec: ulaw Record message: live playback Is there some other setting besides "multicast on" and multicast IP address I need to check in the phones? We have 821s, 820s and 320s Thanks, Ryan
  5. Both boxes are functional PBXes with separate domains. What I want to do is move the conference rooms from their current location to the other PBX bbecause that office has actually grown larger than the original and conferences have more participants from that office.
  6. I have about 30 conference rooms I'd like to move from on PBX machine to another. The weblink to the CSV format for importing Conf Rooms is empty (http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Conference_Account_Parameters - linked from http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Using_CSV_Files) What is the format for this file? Also, is it possible to just copy the XML files for the conference rooms from the old server to the new one? Thanks in advance, -Ryan
  7. OK.... then how do I delete files from the Recordings folder as Superadmin doesn't have sufficient rights? I have it set to record calls on an ACD queue, but I don't know how to delete them once I've copied them off. Thanks!
  8. Hello, What is the default root password for the snomOne Plus appliance? Thanks!
  9. Could you please post the link for the 64 bit version of the PBXnSIP version? Thanks!
