  1. Die Geraete wurden ueber die MAC Adresse provisioniert. Wie koennte man es denn alternativ machen? Die MAC Adresse wurde in den Konten hinterlegt und die Geraete per Nst. und PIN eingerichtet.
  2. Ich habe schon seit ewiger Zeit folgendes Problem: Ich kann mich auf den verwendeten Endgeraeten (snom 320 und 870) nur per admin/0000 anmelden. Ein direkter Userlogin (z.B. 11/1234 fuer Nst. 11) ist nicht moeglich. Mittlerweile habe ich alles durch und finde die Loesung nicht. In einem separaten, anderen System funktioniert es, ich weis allerdings nicht mehr wie ich es dort konfiguriert habe... Da frueher ein Login nicht notwednig war, jedoch mittlerweile ein Modul fuer das CRM gekauft wurde und wir dafuer die TAPI Anbindung benoetigen braeuchte ich dringend Hilfe wie das Problem zu loesen ist...
  3. Habe die Konfig unter der Ticket ID 20120306673 hochgeladen. Benutzer und Passwort sende ich per PM
  4. Habe bereits mehrfach versucht es ueber die Save Funktion zu loesen und habe auch schon ALLE moeglichen Kombinationen fuer die Rufnummer Formatierung etc. durchprobiert. Leider fuehrt das alles nicht zum erfolg. Es muss also irgend etwas elementares geben was sich zwischen Version 4.3 und 4.5 geaendert hat im Bezug auf die Trunks. Ich kann auch gern den Trunk neu anlegen wenn dies ggfls. zum Ergebnis fuehren koennte Rufnummernunterdrueckung ist fuer uns in diesem Fall kein Thema da wir uns darueber entsprechend auch bei Partnern indentifizieren... Im Endeffekt scheint hier ein Mismatch zwischen der Steuerung der Ausgehenden Anrufe auf snomONE Seite und dem verwendeten Mediagateway zu liegen.Es wird keinerlei SIP Trunk genutzt zur ausgehenden Kommunikation

  13. Habe ich ueberprueft und auch entsprechend einmal geaendert. Was mich dabei wundert ist, dass in diesem Fall das "Nein" auf der linken Seite steht (steht ueberall sonst rechts). Da ich mich arbeitsbedingt in Irland befinde (VMware Technical Support) und ich fuer die Auswertung ein "sauberes" System nutzen moechte kann ich die entsprechenden Logs mit den unterschiedlichen Settings (An: Ja/Nein) heute Abend probieren wenn dort nicht telefoniert wird.

  16. Habe leider gestern abend bis heute spaet in die Nacht schon alle moeglichen Kombinationen getestet und kam nicht zum positiven Ergebnis. Die Option "Ton für aufgelegten Anruf erkennen" werde ich heute Abend ausschalten da das System im Produktiven Einsatz ist und ich solche Aenderungen lieber ausserhalb der Buerozeiten durchfuehre. Den SIP Header kann ich gern zur Verfuegung stellen, ich benoetige nur Informationen wie ich diesen entsprechend erstellen kann.

  18. Habe das Problem grad eben auf einer snomONE Anlage auf einem Windows System (also nicht PLUS) getestet. Hier dient ein Patton SN 4638 als Media Gateway. Unter Version 4.5.0.1030 bekomme ich eine Anonyme Nummer angezeigt. Sobald ich auf Version 4.3.0.5021 Downgrade (Dienst stoppen, pbxctrl.exe loeschen, durch die aeltere Version ersetzen und Dienst wieder starten) habe ich wieder eine funktionierende Rufnummernuebermittlung... Es scheint also entweder ein Konfigurationsproblem mit Version 4.5.0.1030 zu sein (vielleicht das sich zwischen den Versionsstaenden einige Parameter geandert haben) oder hier liegt leider tatsaechlich ein entsprechender Bug bei der Steuerung der Rufnummernuebermittlung vor.
  19. Darueber habe ich auch schon nachgedacht und habe eben die snomONE PLUS neugestartet was allerdings nicht zur Loesung beigetragen hat. Dies funktionierte vor dem Update ohne Probleme und ist nur durch den Funktionstest nach der Aktualisierung aufgefallen.   21. Nach dem Update unserer snomONE Plus auf Version 4.5.0.1030 heute Nacht sind alle ausgehenden Gespraeche auf einmal anonym. Vorher ging die Rufnummernuebertragung der Nebenstellen ohne Probleme. An den Settings wurde nichts geandert... Woran kann dieses Verhalten liegen?

Habe leider bei der Einrichtung unserer neuen snomONE Plus folgendes Problem festgestellt: Sobald ein Telefon in die Anlage mit der zugehoerigen Nebenstelle aufgenommen wurde ist es mir leider nicht mehr moeglich auf das eigene Webinterface des Telefons (ueber die IP der jeweiligen Nebenstellen) zuzugreifen. Ich weiss aus einer frueheren Installation das ich fuer den Zugriff die Nebenstellen Nummer als Benutzernamen eingeben muss, jedoch ist mir leider entfallen an welcher Stelle der Konfiguration ich die allgemeine "Master PIN" fuer den Zugriff einstellen kann. Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen... Vielen Dank im Voraus

  25. Das System hat uns überzeugt und arbeitet tadellos. Im Laufe der Anfangszeit ist jedoch folgende Frage aufgetreten: Unser Rufnummernblock umfasst den Block von 0 bis 99. Wir nutzen normalerweise zweistellige Durchwahlen, jedoch haben wir zusätzlich auf unserer Internetpräsenz auch die -0 angegeben. Leider war es und bis dato nicht möglich diese einstellige Durchwahl von außen verfügbar zu machen. Anrufer bekommen bei der Anwahl generell die Information, dass die Rufnummer nicht verfügbar ist. Gibt es bezüglich dieses Problems eine Lösung oder einen entsprechenden Workaround?
