  1. Tried both suggested solutions, even tried just typing gibberish. No matter what I type into the field, it is replaced with the backslash and " name="email_from" class=inputbig>
  2. Was trying to set up the voicemail forwarding feature when something strange happened. In the email settings in the domain settings where you have to fill out From, it was not retaining the information i put in. It was in the correct form ("PBX" <pbx@abc.com>) but when i saved the page after filling out the rest of the information all that was left was "\" and a message next to the box " " name="email_from" class=inputbig> " When testing the voicemails, as expected, were not forwarded to email addresses. Using 2.0, please advise.
  3. Not really, it's actually that my boss is a little cheap and doesn't want to spend the money to upgrade to 2.0, because in his mind as long as the phones work (which they do most of the time), there is no problem. I'm sure that once we get some sort of fatal error which had been addressed in 2.0 he will be willing to upgrade the system. Also he's been complaining about the lack of conversation for more than seven minutes when using the snom phones, so hopefully i can get him to understand that the upgrade to 2.0.3 will solve this problem.
  4. I have been trying to get the Email WAV service to work, but I cant seem to get it going. It is possible to retrieve the voicemail from the phone so I don't think that theres any bugs or anything. On the extension settings I have the correct email entered, mailbox enabled, and voicemail handling set to email WAV. On the phone I also have the correct email set, and I dialed *95 and got the confirmation. I think the problem may be with the way I have the email server set up, but I'm not sure. Running 1.5.2.7 and use Snom 190, 320, and 360 phones.
  5. It turns out it actually was a licensing error, I guess when I set up the new extension I didn't even realize that the Error: No more licenses available. message was popping up, thank you anyway.
  6. Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I couldn't find anything about it on the Wiki. If i wanted to set up an extension which begins with something besides one, how would i do this (e.g. 291 instead of 191)? When i try currently to create one, it apparently rejects the numbers, because anything beginning with one works fine. Running version 1.5.2.7
  7. Currently we are running 1.5.1.6. After the initial problem began, we tried to upgrade to 1.5.2.7, but when we tried to run the executable a blank DOS window popped up, remained on screen for several seconds, then went away. When we checked back to see if the upgrade had taken, it remained at version 1.5.1.6, and we continue to have the call parking issue. We did not want to spend the money for the upgrade to version 2.0 if there was a good chance it wouldn't work.
  8. About eight months ago our call parking feature stopped working. I am just getting around to it now, but the feature stopped working in November of 2006. It used to be that to park a call we would just put the call on hold, then press *85 and the extension of where the call was intended to be parked (*8511 for example). The call would then be parked on extension 11. Now however, when a call comes in we put it on hold, press *8511 and instead of sending the parked call to extension 11, a recorded message tells us "Parking Call Failed", and then goes to dial-tone. The caller is still on hold, but they stay on the line they called, instead of being switched to extension 11.
