  1. That is the default with the OS. Generally, you would not keep opening the file. Isn't it? BTW, we have option to create these files every day or every hour. So when the file is closed (after the day or the hour is expired) you can read them.
  2. Please PM to support@pbxnsip.com with SIP/RTP trace if you have. (This seems like a problem that has been solved already)
  3. Yes. Windows locks this file because PBX is using it. Until the file is closed you can not view it. For performance reasons, Open & Close all the time was not used.
  4. There is a javascript error in that version. I will PM an updated script. Please copy the script file to <pbx installdir>/html. Generally, 'html' folder does not exist on the installation folder. So you have to create 'html' folder first and then copy the file.
  5. If you want to send all calls to one extension, then you can use "Send call to Extension" on the trunk page. If that is not the case, you can create aliases to the extensions and that will take care of this.
  6. Can you post the SIP log? + may not be the problem after all.
  7. Do not worry. Try the lower case 'true'
  8. If you can login to the 'user' account (not admin) using the web browser, then the same should work for PAC. Can you send us the server, user account and its web password to support@pbxnsip.com?
  9. There is a separate link for CS410.
  10. Can you use a web browser and login to user portal with same credentials?
  11. Well, that was a simple question I asked . Anyways, if you want CDRs in the CSV format under the local disk, you have to uses "file:disk" (without quotes) as the "SOAP CDR URL". The CDR files will be created under the <pbx-install-dir>/cdr folder based on "cdr_format" string. Please send an email to support@pbxnsip.com for the draft document (not published to wiki yet) that explains this.
  12. Are you using the "SIP" password or the "Web" password to login? (BTW, you need to use the "Web" password to login)
  13. Are asking this for CDRs or something else in mind?
  14. Looks like the SOAP message is not even reaching the PBX. Just to verify, try IP address instead of sip.jivetel.com. Also, I am assuming PBX is running at XX.XX.XXX.XXX:8080 (fyi... port 80 is the default port) Is there any detailed error on the
  15. Found the problem related to the switching of admin level access to user level access after the domain address book entry is created. Next release will have the fix.
  16. It should work. But we have not installed it here yet. Darwin 9.0 was the minimum version that we support.
  17. Let me ask this way.. is 069 665262 a valid number that your Patton gateway can reach? I mean, is it connected to some public network or a test setup?
  18. Looks like you have a dial plan that strips '9' and sends rest of the digits.
  19. Take 'xmlns:sns='http://www.pbxnsip.com/soap/pbx' out and try.
  20. Is this a multi-domain system or a single domain? Make sure that the trunk does not show up in any of the domains, if multi-domain.
  21. I am not sure this error is coming from PBX. You can turn on the SOAP logging on the PBX and to see the message is reaching the PBX
  22. Really nice post. Maybe wiki-page worthy!
  23. You can still get the tel:alias functionality back by typing the alias number on the same field as the "Account Number(s)". This is the first filed on the account/extension page. Ex: If you want to alias 1234561234 to for extension 40, then type "40 1234561234" without quotes on the "Account Number(s)" field.
  24. Thanks for Christof Haemmerle from nex9.com, you can download the Mac address book dialer from http://code.google.com/p/dialwithpbxnsip/downloads/list
