when you modify the logo, it is soooo slow to load. is there anyway to fix this? I also notice a log entry every time which i assume contributes. Sense we are talking about whitelabel.... USERAGENT!

i think it would be easier from an end user experience to have a ringall option in the drop down instead of a hack. also having an equal distribution would be nice, so everyone gets 1 call before the second calls would ring the agent.

so i have the function enabled, and there isn't any recording played. how does it work? I assume it would say press X to call cell..

Added the possibility to call the user's cell phone from the mailbox instead of leaving a voice-mail. This requires that the prompt is available in the language set. what is this file called? and is it missing?

regarding TLS, does the phone need a real cert? or is there a polycom cert already built in. I had to adjust the PnP master file to get the older 501's working but they work now. I can send over my template file if needed.

still didn't work. set your up like this. extension 100 101 AA when you press 1 it dials a DID number (10 digit for my example) and see if you can get to extension 100

i think this is broken.. (5.1.3) I set it to wait for 3 digits, but it doesn't wait. I even set it to user press # and it doesn't wait.

ok but line 1-6 are trunk1 to ITSP1 but line 7-8 are trunk2 to ITSP1 (same ISP) that's where i am confused. can i trigger a couple DIDs to hit trunk2 somehow?

when i have 3 people on the phone in the mobile settings... I press 3 to conference the calls the 2 end callers bridge and the mobile user gets "feature not authorized" and hung up on. ideas?
