  1. Good call. Since the release of snom ONE plus there has been an update to the kernel, that is why there is two options. However you seem to not have upgraded sangoma after the update. centos 2.3 is correct it is using the kernel 2.3 not the old kernel. sangoma's drivers are compiled to the kernel, so after the first run of updates (to the web interface and kernel) there is a reboot to load into the new kernel. sangoma will then be allowed to update, it would appear that your drivers are missing. Can you submit this as a ticket and have support check this box over, they will require you to portforward 22, 7783, 9090
  2. Customer is indicating audio delays upon receiving or placing outbound analog calls using Sangoma 8-port analog card installed in a new snom ONE Plus BLUE. Basically, after a call is connected, the remote party does not hear any audio for approximately 20 seconds and generally will hang-up not realizing anyone is there. This happens for both inbound and outbound, so thinking there is an issue in the config. Card is configured for inbound ON-OUTBOUNDSIDE-CONNECTED in the NBE. Thoughts? Anyone else had this issue? Version: 2011-4.2.1.4025 (Linux)
  3. Found a bad upgrade for snom ONE Plus was causing some issues. On the reboot, be sure to upgrade the default (working) installation of Centos.
