    Hi, we have a problem with FAX2Email, the sender always gets an error. We have tested the 59.2-59.5 Linux Debian 64 bit versions, it is the same for all of them. Has anything changed in the settings? thanks

    Cisco 8851

    Hi, the web interface of the phone only displays data, you can't change it here. Profile rule is the pnp_cisco. xml, which entries are to be changed? Hi, in case of a transfer blind or attendant the correct numbers are displayed after the transfer on the phone under the callhistory and the list shows the internal and external numbers it works ;-) If you look at the callhistory in the User Portal GUI from the extension on which the call was placed only the internal extension are listed and not the external number as on the phone.   15. Hello, after the change of the copyright, the system is no longer accessible a message with a error comes up File welcome. htm not found. Please ask your system administrator to check the log file. How can you copy the fixed page welcome from another system to file level or what could be the reason for it? thanks Update with http://Pbx_IP/rawlogin.htm access to the pbx is ok and delete the changes in welcome and we can access normal.   19. Yealink The assignment of buttons is possible with yealinks in extension level GUI / Domain and user portal. For an update of the buttons or a new assignment, it is mandatory to activate open for provisioning. Workaround: The only workaround is to assign the buttons via the domain admin, not practicable for companys with many employees. Snom If the Snom is set via extension level GUI in the domain, no changes to the button will be made in the user portal and no more again in the extension level GUI. Workaround Only make changes and reassignments in the user portal then the buttons are set correctly. Bug Analysis The DND and Redirection Button Assignment shows an error, you switch on the function for example Redirection by pressing a button, but the lamp is not switched on. By default, all extensions are allowed to see the status of other extensions.   24. Hi, we want to define a model based of billing the calls for fraud prevention and set a limit for the domain or extension, this is working no problem. Is there a possibility that the amount will be refilled on the 1st of the month? Automatic charging cannot be used in this case. thanks
