Hello community, we have problems with the buttons, the behavior is the following: This behavior is the same in the user portal or domain snom: No transfer of buttons to the phone, a reboot is require after a reboot the buttons are present, a change to buttons also goes only with a reboot. Polycom: The same here, only the buttons are displayed after a reboot same for only change / delete of buttons Yealink: With the yealinks buttons are transferred to the phone but changes / delete of buttons are not transfer and yealink need a factory reset not only a reboot to take over the buttons All telephones are connected with TLS to the system and Hosted version 58.3 and we use the redirection service. We can not figure out that is wrong with the config or setup , with the behavior is not a roll out to customer possible. But we do not see our mistakes, every help or tip are welcome thanks

Hi, is a 320 snom, we have generally problems with phones and buttons we have yealink, snom and polycom, polycom for example shows only buttons after a reboot and shows a extension after a reconnect of a phone not registered online BLF status etc. Would be great if you could watch this live together via remote deskop thanks

We can see under the generated folder, the relation of the button config are not stored correctly, in the config file snom_320_buttons-000413xxxx.xml are missing data. We can not save any changes to the buttons type, parameter or label. We create specific profiles in the domain and we can change in the user portal type,parameter and label vodia works on the matter or it is a misconfiguration of us thanks
  12. Hello, we have connected a snom and a yealink to the vodia and get a TLS connection for the snom and a TCP connection for the yealink. The Vodia has a Yealink certificate but why not create a TLS connection for the phone we use the redirection service from yealink ? Hi, we have connect the phone to version 58.1 also with the firmware 8.7.3.25 but is not working, we see in the log the phone but in the display is displayed "HTTP password not set" it works at 57.2 (Debian64) with firmware 8.7.3.25 We have tested a snom 760 and this work on 58.1 without problems, we have so many snom 320 It is perhaps also a firmware problem? thanks

  18. Hi, I noticed if you have multiple email accounts in Outlook then activesync does not work, is only one email account and one contacts folder active the active sync are run without problems. With multiple email accounts stop the sync with the following message Active sync aborts with the following message [7] 17: 49: 46.243 WEBC: https: outlook.office365.com: 443: Return code 200 [5] 17: 49: 46.244 WEBC: Activesync Status Error: Failure 2. Hi, our solution until the HTTP and co take over the TAPI Estos The new ECSTA 5 Release contains driver for yealink and snom ;-) https://download.estos.de/download?ecsta__de-DE_releasenotes_2&checksum=609388f915fc49d28df79013edc3701434bd6331 and only TAPI Driver for TAPICALL etc. we use driver from http://www.phonesuite.de/ also available for yealink and snom yealinks and snom phones are well supported with this solution.
